  • We recommend and prefer Quickbooks Online. All of our bookkeepers not only have extensive training in Quickbooks Online but they also work in it each and every day and we pride ourselves on being experts in this software.

  • Yes! You will always have the same bookkeeper month after month. We want you and your bookkeeper to form a relationship from the start. You will be able to reach your bookkeeper via email or phone as needed.

  • Please see our general list of service offerings above. We create a custom option for each and every one of our clients based on your needs. We know that budgeting is important to you and we want to provide the highest value possible. Our promise is always this: you’ll never pay for anything you don’t need and/or anything that will not bring value to your business. Our goal is always to increase your profits and bottom line.

  • We prefer 12 month contracts, as you will see the most results and benefits during this time. While we do ask you sign an agreement just agreeing to the services and terms of payment, we will discuss a timeframe based on your needs during in our recommendation. We just kindly ask that if you decide to stop your services at any point, you give us a 30 day notice. Most of our clients are "lifers" though and have been with us for many years and plan to stay with us for many more.
